CM16 5AA Directions: Find your way to the M25 and travel anti clockwise signposted M11 . Pass the M11 turnoff and exit at junction 26 A121 signposted Loughton . Take 3rd exit at the roundabout then the 2nd exit at the next roundabout. You will travel past the Woodbine pub and up the hill through the forest. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and travel for approximately 3 miles you will then have arrived in Epping. In the centre of the town you will pass straight through 2 mini roundabouts the second is next to a pretty church . 100 yards further on you will pass a pedestrian crossing and Buttercross Lane is the next left turn just before two traditional red telephone boxes .
